Privacy notice

BEKALY is an independent founder-led initiative being developed in Türkiye, not yet an incorporated BEKALY business. This notice explains the limited personal data handling on the website.

Email contact

The site uses email links rather than contact forms. If you contact info@bekaly.org, the information in your email may be used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the opportunity you raised.

Website hosting

The site is hosted using Netlify. Hosting services may process technical data, including IP addresses, for secure site delivery and ordinary server operations. BEKALY does not currently deploy advertising pixels or first-party behavior tracking.

External resources

On the interactive market-map module, the website may request publicly available province-geometry data from raw.githubusercontent.com, maintained by a third-party open-source contributor under an MIT license. Your browser therefore connects to GitHub infrastructure when the detailed map loads. The page also offers an optional link to the founder's LinkedIn profile, which has its own privacy practices.

Regional concepts are illustrative marketing assets and are not used to identify, profile or represent real commercial partners.
